Priority Courier Experts is the leading provider of same day transportation, distribution and dedicated fleet solutions for Minnesota. Our capabilities create strong options to meet every transportation opportunity in the marketplace, which in turn can provide endless opportunities for the right candidate.

You will represent 450 late model vehicles ranging from Tractor Trailers, Tractor Trailer Flatbed Moffett's, Dock Trucks, Specialty Dock Trucks, Curtain Side Dock Trucks, Flatbeds, Flatbed Moffett's, Cars, Small Vans and Full-Size vans. There is not a more diverse fleet in the country!

We are investing to grow our company and by doing so, it has created an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced New Business Development position. The New Business Development position is based in our Vadnais Heights, MN office.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Proposal preparation for new prospective clients
  • Developing new business
  • Maintenance of existing customer base
  • Execution of sales plans to achieve quota objectives in account retention, increase in current client’s volume and product line usage.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of competitive factors and market conditions.

We offer a competitive base salary and an excellent commission plan with earning potential up to $225,000 annually.

Candidate will ideally possess or have demonstrated:

  • Minimum of five years sales experience
  • Knowledge of the Same-Day Transportation industry IS A PLUS
  • Continuous high sales success and consistent sales excellence
  • Proficient in MS Office technologies
  • Skills in Salesforce software to plan, track, and drive sales
  • BA in business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, negotiating, problem-solving, interpersonal and customer service skills
