New Business Development Description

We are investing to grow our company and by doing so, it has created an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced New Business Development professional.

This is a full-time on-site role for a New Business Development professional located in Vadnais Heights, MN. The New Business Development professional will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales plans to achieve quota objectives, effectively managing new and existing accounts, and increasing current customer's volume. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive base salary and an excellent commission plan with earning potential up to $225,000 annually.

Qualifications

  • Five years of proven sales experience
  • New Business Development and Business Planning skills
  • Sales and Account Management skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the courier, logistics, or transportation industry is a plus!
