Customer Service Job Description:

At Priority we provide a high level of service and support to every customer. By receiving inbound calls, our CSR team assists customers through the delivery process by entering the data into our system. The CSR opportunity is a fast pace, dynamic position that highlights your individual skills to provide exceptional and personalized customer service!

Headquartered at an ultra-modern three building campus in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota, Priority is the State's largest same-day transportation provider, delivering same-day on-demand services for over 5,000 Minnesota businesses.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer and contractor calls and emails
  • Entering live shipping orders into our system
  • Administrative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication
  • Quick thinking, assessing, and resolution skills
  • Familiar with technology including Microsoft Word and Excel (willing to learn acceptable)
  • Able to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Strong typing skills
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Customer Service Compensation Benefits & Perks:

  • Starting wage of $23.00 per hour & up to a $2,000.00 sign on bonus
  • Potential increase at 90 days based on performance
  • Two weeks PTO accrued during first year of employment
  • Three weeks PTO at year three
