Customer Service Representative Job Description:

Priority is the State's largest same-day transportation provider, delivering same-day on-demand services for over 5,000 Minnesota businesses. Our Customer Service Representative team provides a high level of service and support to every customer and driver.

By receiving inbound calls, our CSR team assists customers through the delivery process by entering the data into our system. The CSR opportunity is a fast-paced position that highlights your individual skills to provide exceptional and personalized customer service.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer and driver calls and emails
  • Entering live shipping orders into our system
  • Administrative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Customer Service Representative Skills and Qualifications:

Customer Service Representative Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting wage of $23.00 per hour
  • Two weeks PTO starting first day of employment / Three weeks PTO at year three

Senior Sales Operation Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Sales Operations leader to support and optimize our sales team's performance. This role will be responsible for improving sales processes, maintaining and leveraging CRM systems, providing performance analytics, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, process-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM & Systems Management
  • Own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, PipeDrive).
  • Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and system adoption across the sales team.
  • Sales Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and manage dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor team performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales trends and data analysis.
  • Process Optimization
  • Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and implement improvements.
  • Standardize and document sales workflows, playbooks, and tools.
  • Sales Enablement
  • Support onboarding and training of new sales team members on tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to ensure the sales team has the right content and materials.
  • Quota & Territory Planning
  • Assist in developing and managing sales quotas and territory assignments.
  • Monitor quota attainment and suggest adjustments as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to align on goals, reporting, and customer handoff processes.
  • Contribute to planning and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a B2B, logistics, or high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement and productivity platforms (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo).
  • Knowledge of sales compensation design and incentive tracking.
